Majority of the time, orders are delivered successfully by various courier services.
However, if you've yet to receive your items ordered after the tracking updates to delivered, please ensure you do the following:
- Contact the relevant courier service handling your order to confirm delivery location and time of delivery
- Check around your surrounding property for items delivered to contactless locations e.g. mailbox, backdoor, front door etc.
If you have completed the above checks with no success, please submit a request to our Customer Service Team for further assistance (selecting 'Courier Delivery Issue' as the Contact Reason).
