A MarketPoint location is a destination where you can have an order shipped to and collected from, and returns dropped to and sent back to our Returns warehouse on your behalf.
TheMarket have established MarketPoint locations throughout NZ, providing even more options for customers convenience.

How it works?
For Orders:

You can select the address of a Marketpoint while placing an order.

The ordered items are shipped by the respective retailer to the selected Marktepoint location

NOTE: Delivery timeframes to Marketpoints are the same standard delivery timeframes as to any other location. See item listing for estimated timeframes.

Once the item is delivered and ready for collection, you will receive a notification text with a unique collection code.

When collecting your item from a MarketPoint location you will be required to take your order number and/or collection code along with a photo ID i.e. Drivers Licence or Passport.
For Returns:

You can drop returning items to your local Marketpoint location*

The Marketpoint can create a return request on your behalf (if not already generated) and send the items back to our Returns warehouse at no cost to you.

NOTE: Marketpoints do not assess or process returns
*Some items cannot be sent/returned to a MarketPoint locations. This is due to the item(s) either being too large, too heavy or too dangerous for this delivery method. See our Returns policy for more details.
