What is Autoship?
Autoship allows you to place a recurring order, on a weekly, every two weeks, or every 4 weeks basis. This means we will automatically repeat your order on the frequency you select, so you can have the products delivered direct to you without having to log in and place the order yourself.
How will I get charged for my order?
The credit/ debit card you used to place the original order will be charged each time an Autoship repeat order is placed.
What happens if my payment fails?
If the payment fails when placing an Autoship repeat order, the order will not be placed.
How do I cancel my Autoship?
To cancel your Autoship simply log in to your user account. Go to ‘my Autoships’ and select view Autoship. There you can choose to cancel by clicking Cancel Autoship.
Why would I sign up for Autoship?
By signing up to Autoship you can receive discounts on all subsequent orders placed under the Autoship.
How do the discounts work?
Merchants offer a discount for Autoship orders, e.g. 10% off each subsequent order. When the repeat order is placed, the latest retail price will be taken, and your % off will be applied before your card is charged.
Does Autoship guarantee me a price?
No, prices are subject to change. When the Autoship repeat order is placed, the latest retail price, less any autoship discount, will be applied.
What if the product I ordered is out of stock?
If a repeat Autoship order is placed and any of the items are out of stock, the order will fail and will not be completed.
What if I want to cancel my Autoship order?
You can cancel your order before it is shipped as you would for any normal order on the platform. See the customer terms and conditions for our cancellation policy.
Can I return an Autoship order?
Our normal returns policies apply to orders placed by Autoship. You can find our returns policy in the customer terms and conditions. Note perishable items or those restricted for hygiene reasons will not be able to be returned.
