- What is TheMarket Club?
TheMarket Club is TheMarket’s membership programme. In exchange for a monthly or annual fee members receive benefits such as free shipping on eligible orders, early access to promotions, and special offers.
- How do I sign up for a TheMarket Club membership?
When you checkout you can select TheMarket Club and add this to your cart. You must continue to checkout and by doing so accept the terms and conditions of TheMarket Club. This will give you TheMarket Club shipping rates for your order and your Club membership will start from that date.
- How much does a TheMarket Club membership cost?
You pay $5.99 per month or $59 per year once your free trial is over.
- Will I get a free trial?
From time to time we offer free trial's of TheMarket Club. Once the free trial is over the membership will automatically roll over onto a paid membership, unless cancelled.
- Do I need to provide you with credit or debit card details?
Yes. When you checkout with TheMarket Club membership in your cart, you will need to provide your credit or debit card details.
- Can I pay for my membership using ZIP?
No, if you want to subscribe to TheMarket Club you must provide credit or debit card details. This card will be used to deduct future payments.
- How can I cancel my membership?
Either via clicking cancel on your user account on TheMarket.com, or by contacting CS@themarket.com
- What do I get as a member of TheMarket Club?
As a member you get FREE shipping on eligible items when your order is over $45. There are also other benefits such as early access to deals here
- How do I know which items are eligible for free shipping with TheMarket Club?
There will be a TheClub logo on the top left hand side of the product indicating free shipping with TheMarket Club membership, for eligible items.
- If I cancel my membership can I get a refund?
No, by cancelling your membership at least 3 days before your membership expires the next payment will not be taken, however you cannot get a refund for previous months payment of your TheMarket Club membership.
- What happens if you try to take payment and it declines?
If we try to use your stored default card to take payment for your membership and it declines, we will inform you of this via email. We will then try to take payment again 24 hours later. If this also fails, then your membership will be terminated and you will lose all benefits of TheMarket Club.
- How do I know my next payment date?
When you log-in to your user account you can see the date of your next payment, and the date of your membership expiry. Before your free trial ends and your first payment is taken, we will send you a reminder that payment will be taken 7 days prior to this date.
- I’m a member of TheMarket Club, why did my order still have shipping charges on it?
Free shipping only applies on orders over $45. Bulky items are excluded, so you may have selected a bulky item. Other products may also be excluded from TheClub shipping so you may have selected one of those. You can see which items qualify for TheClub benefits at the checkout or product description page.
- How long does it take for my TheMarket Club membership to activate?
This is done straight away when you add TheClub membership to your cart. When you checkout you will checkout as a TheClub member and receive the benefits on your first transaction. Your membership will start from the date you checkout with TheClub membership in your cart.
- How do I re-join?
Re-join by clicking the ‘re-join’ button in your user account on TheMarket.com.
- If I re-join when do I pay?
If you are still a member of TheClub, the next payment once you re-join will be taken 2 days prior to your current membership expiring. If your membership has already expired and you re-join, payment will be taken straight away when you re-join TheClub.
- When do I lose my TheMarket Club benefits if I cancel?
If you cancel your membership, you will receive TheClub benefits until your membership expiry date.
