Your refund will be processed, within 1 day if accepted, once the goods have been received back and assessed, at our central returns facility. If items are being dropped at our MarketPoint locations, it can take 2-3 days before we receive the goods back at our assessment facility.
Items which are sent back to our Sellers directly, are encouraged to accepted or rejected within 2 business days. Please note if the refund is accepted, it can take up to 3 days to show on your account.
If we cannot make payment back to your original payment method (i.e you have used a gift card) we will need to make alternative arrangements with you. In the first instance you will need to contact one of our customer experience team to let them help with the refund.
