Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email message confirmation which includes your tracking number and link.
If you have not received your email confirmation after 1 business day and your order status is not showing as shipped in your 'My Orders' page on your account, please contact our Customer Service Team who will be happy to assist.
If your tracking shows your parcel has been delivered, but the order is not at the specified delivery address, please contact our Customer Service Team with your order number.
Our Customer Service team will investigate the matter for you.
While investigating the whereabouts of your order we ask that you allow 10 business days (we expect a much sooner result), this way we can ensure that we fully investigate with the courier and courier depots to locate your order.
Once we have concluded our investigations, we will be able to contact you with an update and a resolution.
