Yes you can cancel an order!
If your order has not yet shipped, you are able to put through a cancellation request via your account.
Once the request is reviewed, an email notification of the outcome will be sent to you.
You are unable to amend an order once it has been placed, and would need to follow the 'Cancel Order' process instead.
Head over to the My Orders page within your account to submit a request. Click here for steps on how to cancel your order.
If the cancellation request is accepted, you will receive a full refund of the order.
In the event your cancellation is not accepted due to the order being shipped, you are welcome to return your items once you have received them.
Note: If applicable, the delivery fee is non-refundable.
