When you're ready to place an order follow these easy steps:
Adding items to your cart:
Once you have selected the item(s) and quantity you wish to purchase, click the Add to Cart button.
Note: If size and colour options appear you will need select the required size and colour(s)
After your items have been successfully added to your card, the below message will appear allowing you to progress to the checkout.
If you haven't yet finished shopping, keep browsing our website and adding more items to your shopping cart until you're done.
Navigating to your shopping cart:
After you have completed shopping and are ready to checkout, navigate to your shopping cart to complete your order.
- Click on the Cart button in the top righthand corner of the webpage.
- Make sure you check the items in your cart are correct before continuing with payment.
- Click the Checkout button.
During checkout you'll need to decide if you would like to have your order shipped directly to you; or to one of our handy MarketPoint locations to collect.
Option 1: Order shipped to delivery address
In the Shipping Information section, you will see the current shipping address for your order.
If you require your order to be shipped to a different address, click on Add New Shipping Information link and fill in the details via the pop up window. Click Save to continue.
Option 2: Ship to one of our handy MaketPoint locations.
You will need to ensure that the Pick up @ MarketPoint Location option is ticked.
Next click on the Pick up @ MarketPoint Location link. This will allow you to select which MarketPoint Location you would like to collect your order from
Once you've selected a MarketPoint collection location, the shopping cart will update to show the location you've selected for order pick up.
Note: we are unable to ship the following items to one of our MarketPoint locations
- Items that exceed 25kgs
- Fragile items
- Items that are too bulky
- Hazardous items i.e. SodaStream gas canisters
Now you have entered your preferred shipping/collection method, as well as any adding any coupons you may have; you can proceed with submitting the order and making a payment.
- To finalise your order and proceed to the payments page, click on the Make Payment button
There are two options to process payments:
- You can pay for your order in full by selecting the option Pay with Credit Card
- Alternatively, you can choose to use the Pay with PartPay, this option allows you to pay for your order in instalments.
Option 1: Payment with Credit Card
When you register you will need to enter a credit card that is securely saved onto your account. The encrypted Credit Card will appear in the payment screen and will be used for purchase unless you decide to add a new card to pay for your order.
To add a new card, select the link + Add New Card
You will be taken to the Select a Payment Method page which allows you to add other Credit/Debit cards and save onto your account.
Note: Your card information is fully secured and encrypted.
After you've updated your Credit/Debit card you can then select the Pay Now button to complete your order.
Once payment has been processed successfully, a confirmation page will appear.
Select the View order history button to return to your account page.
